I established RGD Consulting in Monaco in 2019 to help owners and boards navigate demanding commercial decisions with a trusted senior perspective.
As a business owner myself, I understand what it means to take responsibility for people, finances and long-term decisions. I work directly with clients, bringing practical experience rather than passing matters to a junior team.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and am now non-practising. I am also a member of the Institute of Directors. My work today is business consultancy, not the provision of legal services.
My experience includes director-level assignments across engineering, retail, premium brands and healthcare. I also own and operate businesses, including the care group Red Homes.

Monaco based. International outlook.
My work is principally with UK owner-managed businesses, including companies in the East Midlands, and I also work with clients in Monaco and internationally. Most assignments can be carried out remotely, with site visits when required.
